In Memoriam: Connie R. Couch

Connie Reese Couch, 77 of St. Simons Island, passed away on April 30, 2022, on St. Simons Island.

Connie was born July 25, 1944, in Athens, Ga., to Harry Richard and Reba Mae Cook Couch. He attended the University of North Texas, had lived on St. Simons for a number of years, and was retired from his pest control business.

Connie is survived by his children, Kimberly Fleshner (Monte), Calvin Couch (Regan), and  Melissa Couch; his grandchildren, Garyn Goldston (Christen), Gretchen Goldston, Gaylee Goldston, CJ Couch, Huntley Couch, Kennedy Couch, and Isley Jackson, a great-grandchild, Mason Goldston; sisters, Fran Dean (Wayne) and Jerri Lynn Peck (Jerry); and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Chapman Funeral Chapel & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
