Cancellation Policy-

Total event refunds will be made if cancellation is received in writing via email 40 days prior to the event.
Cancellations received 39 days to 25 days before the event will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received 24 days or less prior to the event will not receive a refund unless they have a doctor's excuse. The doctor's excuse will give them a 25% refund.
No refund will be given for no-shows.
Raffle
Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10 and will be sold at the event. This is a 50/50 drawing. Half of the proceeds with go to winner and half to PestVets. Drawing at the Thursday PM break, must be present to win.

Conference will include 6 hrs HPC and 6 hrs WDO each day running concurrently. Credits for AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN and some GA Pesticide credits.
